Analyze customer needs according to the product category and compatible brand selected by the customer. If the current product can meet the customer's needs, enter the sampling stage, guide and assist the customer to complete the transaction. If the customer needs a brand new product, the technology will intervene to understand the customer's needs, provide design services and give professional guidance, strengthen the customer's recognition of our professionalism, and provide complete and excellent communication services so that customers can have a better service recognition of us.

1. For existing style orders, give a reasonable quotation, confirm the number of colors, and communicate the delivery time (normal delivery time within 15 working days).

2. Customized styles:

(1). Make samples according to the requirements of the customer. Some products need to be molded, and the mold opening fee needs to be borne by the customer. (If the number of orders reaches a certain number, we can return the corresponding mold fee)

(2). After both parties determine the drawings, sign the contract, pay the deposit, and enter the mold opening and sample delivery stage (the mold cycle is 20 working days and the sample is issued).

(3). After the sample is confirmed, enter the order transaction, and the mass production time is within 25 working days after the sample is confirmed.
